Choosing an island or the resort in the Maldives can be a challenging task due to the abundance of incredible options available.

We are here to assist you in making the decision easier and take care of you before and during your travel.

To help us finding best destination for you, please provide us with your preferences and any specific requirements you may have. This could include your preferred location, accommodation type, amenities, activities, or any other factors that are important to you.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

1. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us. Upon receiving your reservation request, we will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours. If you do not receive this email, please contact us directly.

2. Payment
Local Islands: A deposit of 10% of the total cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation and transportation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 20 days prior to the start of your travel.

RESORTS A deposit of 10% of the total cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation and transportation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 40 days prior to the start of your travel.

  1. If your booking includes a combined stay on both a local island and a resort, the payment terms apply as for the resort.

3. Cancellation Policy
Local Islands: If you cancel your booking more than 20 days before your travel date, we will refund your deposit, minus a $150 administrative fee. CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED 28 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, 50% OF THE STAY WILL BE CHARGED
CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED WITHIN 15 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, 100% WILL BE CHARGED.

RESORTS If you cancel your booking more than 40 days before your travel date, we will refund your deposit, minus a $200 administrative fee. CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED 28 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, 50% OF THE STAY WILL BE CHARGED

4. Travel Insurance.
We strongly recommend you to take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including cancellation fees, medical emergencies, delays, lost luggage, etc.

5. Passport & Visa:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have a valid passport and, if necessary, a visa. Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your return home date.

6. Transportation
Due to bad weather conditions transportation provider has the right to revise the timing of arrival or departure from the Airport/departure or destination island. This is for the safety of the clients and no claim will be accepted upon this point.

Sea Plane
Seaplane transfer provider imposes a luggage restriction of 20 kg’s of checked luggage and 5 kg’s of hand luggage, additional weight will be charged US$5.00 per kg.

We are not liable for any accidents, losses, injuries, damages, delays, expenses due to any action or inaction on the part of any other service provider such as a hotel, airline, etc.
